Set in a large, well-kept garden within the tranquil Meadows private estate, this spacious villa welcomes up to sixteen guests across a main house, a studio and a self-catering cottage. Town is six kilometres away and the lagoon a 250 metre stroll.
Arrive to a large entrance hall with a fireplace, a lounge for reading and a round table for card games. Stack doors open onto a deck, the garden and the salt-chlorinated heated pool, so days drift easily between indoors and out. The adjoining TV lounge, with full DSTV and comfortable sofas, opens to the same pool area.
The open-plan kitchen is fitted with Siemens appliances, a double oven, a five-plate gas hob and a large island. Meals gather at a long wooden table seating twelve, and a bar with stools, a bar fridge and ice maker sits close by. A step up leads to an enclosed sunroom and entertainment room with a built-in braai, ideal for cooler evenings.
Upstairs bedrooms and the reading landing enjoy sea, lagoon and mountain views, with balconies to catch the outlook. A studio above the garage has its own entrance for guests wanting privacy, while the cottage in the garden is fully self-catering. Daily weekday maid service, all linen and towels, secure walled grounds and a communal tennis court complete the stay. Non-smoking, no pets.
