Hanois House
A contemporary retreat above the forest canopy, where the Knysna Loerie calls at first light.
Hanois House is a beautifully furnished contemporary home in a quiet residential area, arranged over an open, light-filled plan and framed by views across the indigenous forest. It sleeps up to four guests in relaxed comfort.
Arrive to high ceilings, screeded floors and an easy flow between lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge is elegantly furnished with a fireplace, gas heater, bar fridge and a Smart TV with full DSTV, while sliding doors draw you out to the covered patio. The dining area seats eight around a solid wooden table, and glass doors stack open to the garden beyond.
The light-filled kitchen is fully equipped with a large breakfast island, a Smeg gas hob and electric oven, a side-by-side fridge/freezer, microwave and air fryer, with a separate scullery housing the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A comprehensive solar power system keeps everything running through load shedding.
Outdoors, the expansive covered entertainment patio invites long lunches: a large bar counter, wood-fired pizza oven, built-in braai, dining for eight and two sun loungers. A second covered patio offers a shady lounge with wicker furniture, looking out over the enclosed, well-maintained garden. Two bedrooms, both opening to the patio, complete the home. Wi-Fi and DSTV are included, with garden service and two sets of linen and towels provided. A non-smoking home for guests over twelve; no pets. Robberg's Blue Flag beaches are an easy drive away.
