The Hill Villa is a spacious, newly furnished five-bedroom home set within the secure Hill Estate. North-facing, with mountain views and a swimming pool, it welcomes up to ten guests across five en-suite bedrooms.
Arrive through the downstairs entrance and settle into an open-plan lounge with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a Smart TV for streaming your own channels. Doors open to the patio and pool, so morning coffee and evening gatherings flow easily between inside and out.
The kitchen is modern, light and well-equipped: a five-plate gas hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer and a fridge/freezer with a cold-water dispenser. A separate scullery holds the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The covered entertaining area has a built-in braai and patio seating, with the pool set in an enclosed garden.
All five bedrooms are en-suite. Each guest travels light: linen and bath towels are provided, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout. A double garage adds convenience. Please note the home is not serviced during your stay, the pool has no net, and no pets are permitted. A refundable breakage deposit is required, along with an exit cleaning fee and a once-off booking fee.

Positioned within the gated Hill Estate, the villa faces north for all-day light and looks out to the surrounding mountains. It is a calm, private base for a longer stay, with a minimum of seven nights.
