Ailsa Craig is a spacious five-bedroom holiday home a short, easy walk from Robberg Beach, with a fully enclosed garden and swimming pool. It sleeps up to eleven, making it well suited to a large family summer by the sea.
Arrive through the courtyard, with a double garage alongside, and settle into open living spaces built for relaxed days. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a fireplace, while a reading lounge opens to the kitchen and out to the covered patio above the pool. The dining room seats between eight and ten, and the well-equipped kitchen handles everything from breakfast to a full holiday spread.
Four bedrooms sit downstairs, one with three single beds and an extra mattress, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and a separate laundry. Upstairs, the master bedroom looks over the gorge, and a TV room with a balcony takes in mountain, peninsula and some sea views. Days end on the covered patio with the Weber braai and the pool below.
The home is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: DSTV, Wi-Fi backed by a UPS through load shedding, and all linen and bath and beach towels provided. It is a non-smoking home; a small pet may be considered on application, and a maid can be arranged on request.
