Lynnwood House opens for the December 2025 to January 2026 season: a spacious, beautifully furnished four-bedroom home with a private pool, set within the secure Lynnwood enclave of the Goose Valley golf estate.
Double-volume space greets you at the entrance, leading into an open-plan lounge with a fireplace, Smart TV and full DSTV. The living area flows into an enclosed entertainment room with wicker seating and a dining table for ten, its glass doors stacking open to the deck, pool and garden.
The kitchen is light, airy and thoroughly equipped: a five-plate gas hob, electric oven, Nespresso machine, air fryer and a large island with bar stools, plus a scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A bar station with wine cooler sits ready for evenings in.
Four en-suite bedrooms are arranged across the south and north wings, with a study between them. The main suite has a king bed, dressing room, and a bathroom with double vanity, bath and both indoor and outdoor showers. Ceiling fans throughout, carpeted bedrooms and all linen and towels provided. Non-smoking, no pets.
