Villa Whale Rock sits within the secure Whale Rock Heights estate, a newly built home for a December beach holiday with uninterrupted views over the bay and a quick drive to the Robberg beaches.
Arrive through the covered entrance and step into an open-plan living area with exposed trusses and vaulted ceilings. Frameless glass doors draw the eye out to the sea, the mountains and the whole sweep of the bay. The lounge has a 58" smart TV with full DStv and Netflix, while the dining table seats eight.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Smeg gas stove and oven and a large island with bar seating, with a separate scullery and laundry alongside. Sliders open into an enclosed braai and entertainment area with a built-in stainless-steel braai, then onto a north-facing pool deck with a splash pool, sun loungers and outdoor dining.
Four bedrooms are arranged over two levels, each with its own bathroom, and a downstairs TV lounge and games room with a pool table round out the leisure space. A solar PV back-up system keeps the WiFi, lights and appliances running through load shedding. All linen and towels are provided, beach umbrellas and chairs are on hand, and there is parking for three vehicles plus a single garage. No pets.
