Cutty Sark Villa is a spacious, comfortably furnished four-bedroom home in a quiet residential area, with sea and mountain views and an easy drive to town and the beaches.
Settle in through the entrance hall to a well-furnished formal lounge with a fireplace and doors opening onto the patio, where the sea views take centre stage. The open-plan dining room seats eight, and a separate TV lounge with DSTV, Wi-Fi and its own patio access gives everyone space to spread out.
The kitchen is light and well-equipped, with a fridge/freezer, double eye-level oven, gas hob and microwave, plus a scullery with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. Mornings are easy here: pour a coffee and take breakfast out to the front patio.
The four bedrooms sleep up to eight, most opening directly to the outdoors. All linen and towels are provided. Days end at the enclosed pool area with its built-in braai, or on the patio watching the light change over the sea. Please note the villa is not suitable for pets, and a refundable breakage deposit and exit clean of R1 500 apply.
