Ridge Villa is a spacious four-bedroom double-storey home set high on Whale Rock Ridge Estate, decorated throughout by its owner, a Plett interior decorator, with original artwork on every wall. Available for the December 2026 to January 2027 summer holiday.
Arrive through double doors and a courtyard with a fountain, then settle into a home built for a long, easy summer. The main lounge has deep sofas, a wood fireplace, a large flat-screen with full DSTV and a bar area, opening onto a covered entertainment space. A ten-seater dining room and an open-plan kitchen with an island, gas hob, two ovens and a large fridge-freezer keep holiday cooking simple. A well-equipped scullery and laundry sit off to one side.
Each of the four bedrooms is en-suite. The downstairs main suite has a king bed, dressing room, private TV and doors to the covered patio, with sea and mountain views. A guest bedroom offers a queen bed, kitchenette and its own patio. Upstairs, two further bedrooms each open onto a Juliet balcony with lovely views.
The enclosed patio, with stacking doors, indoor braai and fireplace, leads out to a solar-heated pool and manicured garden with a deck and outdoor braai. Practical comforts include Wi-Fi, a solar and inverter setup for load shedding, all linen and towels, a double garage and daily housekeeping. Please note the home is not suitable for pets, and there are resident cats, though they will not be present in December.
