Newly built and set within Fairway Close, a private enclave on the Goose Valley Golf Estate, this four-bedroom holiday home welcomes up to eight guests with modern comfort and generous entertaining space.
Arrive to an open-plan living area over two floors: a cosy TV lounge, a modern kitchen with separate scullery, and an indoor dining table seating eight. A bar sits just off the lounge, overlooking the covered entertainment area, swimming pool and garden.
Stacking doors open onto the patio, where a built-in braai for wood or charcoal, outdoor dining and further bar seating make for easy evenings. All four bedrooms are en-suite: three upstairs, each with air-conditioning, and one on the ground floor for guests who prefer single-level living.
Everything is in place for a settled stay: uncapped fibre at 35mbps, smart TV with DSTV on both floors, Bosch appliances in the scullery, and beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler box for days by the estuary. Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Please note the pool has a wooden fence but no safety net, so young children must be supervised, and the property is strictly non-smoking. A cleaning lady works a minimum of three days per week at R250.00 per weekday, payable separately.
