Upstairs are three bedrooms: a main with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, a second king room, and a room with twin beds. The two additional rooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have fans. A pergola-covered patio with braai facilities and outdoor dining rounds out the entertaining space.
All linen and towels are provided. The complex has a swimming pool, and the unit comes with a single garage plus an open parking space alongside. Beyond the standard rate, an exit clean, once-off admin fee and refundable breakage deposit apply, with optional cleaning twice weekly for the tenant's account.
