Two bedrooms sit on this level: one with a king bed and en-suite shower room, the other with king or twin beds and a private bathroom with bath and shower. A generous laundry with drying courtyard keeps longer stays running smoothly.

Upstairs is where you gather. An open-plan lounge and dining area, with leather sofas, a smart TV and a wood-burning fireplace, slide open to a covered patio with a built-in braai and outdoor dining for six. The kitchen is well equipped with Caesarstone tops, built-in oven, four-plate hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a breakfast counter, with doors to the roof terrace. The main bedroom on this level has a king bed, walk-in dressing room and open-plan en-suite with corner bath and shower.

Good linen and towels are provided, along with Wi-Fi, a double garage and an inverter with solar for the upstairs area, plus rechargeable lamps throughout. Children must be able to swim. This is a non-smoking home, with smoking allowed on the patio and by the pool. No pets. A tenant lives in a separate cottage on the property. A cleaning service can be arranged in advance for the guest's account.
