Woodlands House is a comfortably furnished three-bedroom home in the tranquil Woodlands Estate, with all-en-suite bedrooms, open-plan living and a generous covered deck overlooking the valley.
Step inside to open-plan living, dining and kitchen that flow easily to the outdoors. The lounge has comfy sofas, a fireplace, ceiling fan and a Smart TV, while the dining table seats eight beneath doors that open onto the deck. The kitchen is well equipped with a five-plate gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
The home sleeps six across three en-suite bedrooms: two on the ground level, one opening to the deck, and a spacious main bedroom upstairs with a balcony and views over the valley. Wi-Fi is provided, and guests can stream their own DSTV.
Outside, the covered deck is set up for gathering, with wicker lounge furniture, a large dining table and a Weber braai. The garden is fully enclosed and pet friendly. All linen and towels, including beach towels, are supplied, and there is open parking for two to three cars. This is a non-smoking home. An exit clean of R1 500, a once-off admin fee of R350 and a refundable breakage deposit apply.
