The open-plan living area is sunny and welcoming, with comfortable sofas, a Smart TV set up for Netflix and DSTV, and doors opening to a patio. The dining area seats eight, and the modern kitchen comes fully equipped: gas hob, convection oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, air fryer and a Nespresso machine for slow mornings.
Three bedrooms sleep six. The master has a super king bed, sea views, its own balcony and an en-suite shower room, along with a TV and bar fridge. A queen room and a twin room share a family bathroom with both bath and shower. All linen and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is included.
The patio overlooks the communal garden and comes with braai facilities and outdoor furniture. There is a swimming pool in the complex, covered parking, a garage and an inverter that keeps the Wi-Fi, TV and one lamp running during load shedding. This is a non-smoking home and no pets are permitted.
