10 The Villas is a well-appointed three-bedroom duplex, positioned for an easy walk to Beacon Island, Central Beach and the local shops. A 5 KVA inverter with lithium battery keeps things running through load shedding.
The open-plan living area gathers comfy sofas and a television with full DSTV around doors that open onto a patio and a small garden. The dining table seats six and flows into a fully equipped kitchen with a four-plate gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
Upstairs holds three bedrooms: a master with a queen bed and en-suite, a room with a single bed and a room with twin beds, served by two further bathrooms. A guest toilet, shower and basin sit downstairs.
Wi-Fi is provided, along with all linen and towels (bring your own beach towels). A maid is included two days per week. The home is non-smoking, and pets are not permitted. An exit cleaning fee of R550 applies.
