Schoongezicht Home is a spacious, well-furnished private house within the secure Schoongezicht Estate, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and long views over the sea, valley and dam. It sleeps six.
Arrive to open-plan living made for slow summer days: a generous lounge with leather sofas, a fireplace and a TV with DStv and Netflix, opening onto the covered entertainment area. The dining table seats eight, and the modern kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, side-by-side fridge freezer and a Nespresso machine. A separate scullery handles the dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, a full en-suite with double vanity and doors to the garden. A second bedroom offers twin beds with a private bathroom that doubles as the guest bathroom, and the third has a double bed and a full en-suite with bath and shower.
Outdoors, the large covered patio takes in sea and valley views, with a built-in braai and prep station, a long dining table and a wicker lounge suite. The swimming pool overlooks the valley, framed by lawn. Linen and towels are provided, cleaning is included three days a week and the pool is serviced. This is a non-smoking home; no pets. A double garage and extra parking are available.
