The covered patio holds a built-in braai, a Weber and an outdoor dining table, while an open lounge with sun umbrella overlooks the pool and fenced lawn, with views towards the sea and valley beyond. Days here move gently between the water and the shade.
All three bedrooms are en-suite. The main has a king bed and sea views, the second a double bed, and the third two single beds with a stable door opening to the driveway, suited to an independent teen or young adult.
