Settle into an easy, light-filled home for six, with open-plan living that spills out to a private pool, garden and braai. Lookout Beach and Main Street are both under two kilometres away.
The living areas are open and relaxed: a TV lounge with a smart TV and DSTV, a dining table seating six, and an enclosed patio with a built-in wood braai. Everything opens onto the pool, garden and braai area, so the day drifts easily between indoors and out.
The separate kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and a fridge-freezer, while a Weber braai waits on the pool patio for charcoal cooking. Two sun loungers, uncapped fibre and a solar system that keeps the house running make for a comfortable, uncomplicated stay.
All three bedrooms are carpeted with ceiling fans. The king main suite opens to the patio and has its own en-suite and a DSTV-connected TV; the queen and double rooms share a family bathroom. A twice-weekly cleaner (Mondays and Fridays) is included, and linen, bath and one set of pool and beach towels are provided. Please note the pool is not fenced or netted.
