Part of the patio is covered, with a built-in braai and a Weber, an outdoor table and two sun-loungers for long afternoons.
Two guest bedrooms sit on the middle floor, each with a ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom, while a third bedroom crowns the top floor with sea views. Please note the property has stairs and the rim-flow pool is unfenced, so it is not suited to small children. Non-smoking, no pets. Parking for three vehicles between the garage, carport and driveway.
