Bishops Rock House is a spacious, beautifully furnished family home in a quiet residential area, with three bedrooms, a self-contained cottage, a covered entertainment patio and a swimming pool. Solar power keeps everything running through load shedding.
Arrive to a welcoming entrance hall that opens into generous living spaces. The lounge is furnished with plush sofas and a fireplace, with a Smart TV carrying Netflix and Apple TV, and there is a comfortable study for anyone working remotely. The light-filled dining room seats up to eight and slides open onto the covered patio.
The country-style kitchen is well equipped, with a breakfast counter and bar stools, gas hob, eye-level oven, dishwasher and a side-by-side fridge/freezer. An adjoining scullery holds extra fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, with direct access to the drying yard.
Outdoors, the covered entertainment area overlooks the pool and garden, with a built-in braai, an outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Please note the pool has no safety net fitted. The private cottage suits grandparents, teenagers or extra guests, with its own patio and kitchenette. A gardener and housekeeper are included two days each per week, and uncapped fibre Wi-Fi throughout.
