Stairs rise from the driveway to the entrance and main living area, an open-plan space with a lounge, a dining area seating four, a kitchen and a scullery. The lounge has full DSTV and a wood-burning fireplace for cooler months, with Wi-Fi throughout.
Doors open onto a covered, decked patio with a swimming pool, sun deck and a fire boma with built-in seating. Two sun-loungers, an umbrella, an outdoor table for four and outdoor sofas make the terrace an easy place to spend the day. A Weber braai is on hand for evenings outside.
The queen bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and a private bathroom. Linen and towels are provided. The kitchen has a five-plate gas hob, electric oven, microwave and fridge/freezer, and the scullery holds a washing machine and dishwasher. Secure parking for one vehicle is in the driveway. No smoking, no pets.
